My Journey

When I was about 5 years old, I was asked what I wanted to be when I grew up and I said... "I want to be a painter." My mother used to tell me that when I was little, I didn't want to go out and play during recess because I preferred to draw. Art and the desire to create are something I've always had within me, and now, I want to follow my passions, I want to enjoy creating and bringing my ideas to life.

In each work, I seek to capture sensations, to create atmospheres of serenity and reflection. The star that appears in each of my works, in the shape of an asterisk, represents searching, continuous improvement, evolution, our most sincere purpose. When we look for something important to us, we often see it as something distant on the horizon, like a star. This star is the beacon of our path, illuminating the journey that is enjoyed with every step, enveloping us in sensations that have left their mark.
